Knoxville Rubber Duck Race

Knoxville Rubber Duck Race

Knoxville TN had their annual Rubber Duck Race for charity this Saturday.  50,000 rubber ducks were dumped in the Tennessee river and raced (slowly) down the river to the Henley St bridge.  They had people on jet skis herding the ducks together throughout the race.  It was pretty interesting but kind of boring to watch.  We had four ducks in the race but none of them pulled out a victory.  The winner got a new Jeep I think.

goodentree    /ˈgo͝odənˌtrēˈ/   noun

derived from our last name: Gooden and the idea of a family tree We came up with the name after we made the decision to start a family (have a child).
When Nora was born and diagnosed with the terminal disease SMA, her story quickly spread, and goodentree became established.
